Arata AI has launched Earn The Right Podcast, a conversation series hosted by co-founder and CEO Apoorv Agarwal. Each episode features conversations with global executives on leadership, decision-making and the application of AI at scale.

“The idea came while I was reflecting on my journey at Text IQ,” says Agarwal. “We were coached by the world’s best executives, yet when we had a successful exit, the glory went to the founders and investors.” 

Seeking to shift that spotlight, Agarwal launched the series to return the recognition to the executives actually co-creating the future. “It’s been enriching to sit down with them and learn what leadership means outside of B-school, how they navigated key chapters of impact and crisis, and how they’re adapting in the age of AI.”

The latest episode features Aleida Rios, former SVP and Global Head of Engineering at bp.
